Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Carriaje.?
If a cancellation request is received at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service, 100% of payment will be refunded.
If you do not appear or make yourself known to the driver of a scheduled ride service within 5 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, your order will be considered a “No Show.”
Taxi “No Show” orders will be charged a $5 fee and the remainder of the prepaid balance will be refunded to you.
Carriaje orders that are deemed a “No Show” will be considered as service delivered with no refund.
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
